Warranty support for skacel by addi™ products is handled through the point of purchase, whether in-person or online. Please contact your retailer for assistance.

Supplier-direct warranty support is available to individuals who no longer have access to the original point of purchase. However, submission of our Replacement Request Form is required, along with the physical return of each defective item.

Important Warranty Details:

• Designed for Light-Duty Use: addiExpress machines have internal plastic gears and are intended for personal, light-duty use only. Overuse can cause damage that is not covered under warranty.
  
  
• Wear & Replacement Parts: Using your machine beyond its intended limits may lead to faster wear and potential breakage. To support long-term use, authentic addiExpress replacement parts are available for purchase separately, but they are not covered under warranty.
  
  
• Aftermarket Parts Void Warranty: Installing or using non-approved parts—including motors, drill adapters, tensioners, 3D-printed components, or any other aftermarket modifications—voids warranty support.
