With over 20 steps in the manufacturing of each addi needle, the time one item spends in the actual hands of craftsman (or craftswoman), is incredible in today’s market (usually, you’ll see machines or even robots handle manufacturing – taking the human out of the equation). In the end, you’re left with a hand-crafted needle, with the smoothest surfaces and perfect form. The family owned company, located in Altena, Germany, has been turning out needlecraft tools for over 180 years.
Every addi product offered by skacel and purchased through one of our Authorized addi Dealers, carries a lifetime guarantee from manufacturer’s defect.
If you have noticed a defect in your item and would like to obtain a complimentary replacement, please print out and complete the Replacement Request form below (instructions are noted on the form). We will do our best to limit your downtime, and will replace your defective item with brand new stock. Do note...the fastest way to obtain a replacement, is typically in-person, through the skacel Authorized addi Dealer your item was purchased through. We do realize however, that this is not always a viable option.
The following items are not covered under our replacement program:
+ Items not purchased through one of skacel's Authorized addi Dealers
+ Items purchased outside of North America
+ Non saleable sample materials
Discontinued merchandise will be replaced with a similar item, as available.
We appreciate your patience, and will do all we can to ensure that your replacement is sent in a timely manner.
