Soffio

This yarn is an extremely quick knit and great for outerwear. It is made of 77% wool, 14% Viscose, and 9% Nylon. There are 52 yards per 50 gram ball, and it knits up on US 11+ needles, yielding 1.5-2.75 stitches per inch.
