Warranty support for skacel by addi® products is handled through the point of purchase, whether in-person or online. Please contact your retailer for assistance.

Supplier-direct warranty support is available to individuals who no longer have access to the original point of purchase. However, submission of our Warranty Form is required, along with the physical return of each defective item.

addiExpress knitting machines purchased from authorized skacel by addi® retailers in the U.S. and Canada feature a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty begins at the time of purchase. Please note that addiExpress warranty coverage differs by distributor and country.

Important Warranty Details:

• Proof of purchase/receipt is required for all addiExpress machine returns. If purchased via Amazon, you must include the seller’s name along with your Amazon invoice. We cannot accept screenshots.
  
  
• Designed for Light-Duty Use: addiExpress machines have internal plastic gears and are intended for personal light-duty use only. Overuse can cause damage that is not covered under warranty.
  
  
• Wear & Replacement Parts: Using your machine beyond its intended limits may lead to faster wear and potential breakage. To support long-term use, authentic addiExpress replacement parts are available for purchase separately.
  
  
• Aftermarket Parts Void Warranty: Installing or using non-addi® parts including motors, drill adapters, tensioners, 3D-printed components, etc., will void warranty support.
